LK Marconova AB is a specialized marine service provider. With our extensive experience within Transport Liability-, Cargo- and Hull claims as well as Recoveries we provide efficient, cost effective and personal 24-hour service.

 
The company is divided in four separate teams; 

 - Team Cargo, handles all cargo claims 

 - Team Hull, handles all H&M claims

 - Team Recovery & Liability, handles all transport liability

   claims as well as recoveries

 - Team Yacht, handles yacht claims

 

The personnel within the claims handling departments have all extensive experience in handling major claims world wide. They can assist clients through the entire claims process, from the time of the incident until the closing of the recovering action. We also have staff that handles high frequency accounts focusing on processing minor claims.

Since each team provides total claims handling we also handle any surveys that are requested via Marinaut or any of our surveyor networks.

Our clients consist mainly of marine underwriters. We provide handling of complete accounts as well as single claims. We also assist with backlogs when the workload is particularly high. Our policy is to be flexible enough to assist when and where underwriters find it necessary.

We also provide Claims Management directly for the industry. If a client has a captive and needs an independent agent to handle the claims they can appoint LK Marconova to do this. Large companies have often a high deductible which leaves them with several claims below this deductible and therefore are in need of assistance. For them LK Marconova is a perfect partner.
